Men's medium width but the length is tts.
These are tailored to be quite tight on the sodes and I'm normally a Medium/Large in Mens

Luckily I was able to try on a Large to find out the sizes of them. I'd say size up but them again XL is the largest size.

These tees are made to look tight on you anyway.
