Comfortably first! Rise and width/skinniness are really up to preference, but I do believe that if the waist requires “stretching” to “fit” they are too small off the rip... any specificities you were seeking?

for me the most important part is that theyre snug on the waist and the thighs. m just wondering if this bunching up around the knee area is part of the look or if its a matter of fit (if youre not getting skinny/slim taper)
