Please take a step back and realize that you're the one projecting quality onto the numbers. Nowhere in the post you're replying to was it ever said Bad Bunny's album is better than Kendrick's. Just that people are listening to it more

Huh? When I made the thread about GKMC surpassing 500 weeks, was that about Drake? And what about all the countless stats I've posted in the album sales thread that are about other artists dominating? It's not my fault Drake dominates most lists about commercial performance. I mostly share those lists because they're usually dominated by hip-hop acts. It ain't my fault Drake is usually at the top of those lists.

I don’t think y’all understand how streaming works. I guarantee you people aren’t streaming whole albums anymore but are now making playlists. Wait For U is probably the only song that’s been put on dozens of playlists more than anything off Big Steppers. That does not mean the album is better than Kendrick’s. In that case as I said before then Madvillainy must be a trash album if you continue to use these metrics as absolute music opinions.

I'm glad you also peeped that. That's what they've been using to cope for weeks now. The album sales thread was made so people could discuss the commercial performance of releases without having to also discuss critical acclaim or perceived quality but since it's gotten made, it's been attacked by people who insist no one should care about sales at all because they shouldn't matter to anyone. Okay, they clearly matter to some people so leave the thread so those people can enjoy their discussions but they never leave and they'll still insist they don't care about numbers while sticking around and discussing numbers as well. I really don't get their logic.

I’m not saying you only post Drake s*** but I’ve never seen you post a list of artists of some kind where Drake isn’t at the top and plenty of those lists exist (highest selling album lists, etc).
