The only time this has happened in the past was when IYRTITL released 6 years after SFG.
yall gotta stop with this "guys he's gonna drop in october because he's ovo!!!"
While I definitely don't actually expect it on a specific date, this in particular was technically something Drake meant to do with the "Birthday Edition" of Take Care but it didn't come to fruition so there is some reason to think that.
