idk but it doesnt matter - its a literal racist terminology and erasure of African ancestory is the issue and phrenology classification still being used in the 60s that was considered outdated even by the 60s which people are still very much alive from that era which means there is people still walking around with phrenology ideas - and negoird originally meant Ethiopian until they made black Americans a pot of everlasting and encompassing blacks with no distinction

so in short they were taggong my father with "nazi-ism" phrenology that was already outdated
