i wouldn’t say dated but i’m not a fan of artists going back to sounds from the past. rocky has always evolved every album, he needs to stay doing that

But maybe a good way for Rocky to get bigger and better is to go back to his roots and redefine them

Rocky is a very original personality in rap and songs like Sundress prove that he can try new things and be better than anyone else

TESTING was a great album but the second half felt a bit forced imo and there are not many songs I go back to regularly

So making an album where he tries new things but is very subtle at it (like singing in the chorus) would be a major hit imo
