Try not to sit around too much since it’ll make you want to be high. Also remind yourself of how good it’ll feel when it’s finally over assuming it’s a temporary break
Lots of water always helps when I have cravings during a break

Meditate at least 30 mins a day

Creative Exercise where you to write for 20 minutes about a subject with no stopping
Go out and drink with friends or hold a dinner party
See a psychiatrist

T breaks only really worth it for those first two times you smoke after your break is over. After that, it’s the same s*** as usual.
I can’t tell if I just got a downgrade in weed or my tolerance is up . I was barley taking two hits a day from this top shelf joint I guess so maybe that’s what it is, and maybe I got sativa or something like that too, Legalize it in Texas
I got the joint from Vegas and my plug never got anything as strong as that joint . I just need better weed . it’s not a tollorence problem

i don’t smoke anymore but when i did heavy i hated this s*** so much, the malaise is crazy. but u got this bro, end of the day it’s almost all mental besides the sleep. just distract yourself when you’re feeling like you wanna smoke, + water/exercise like others have said. you’ll be ok in like 2 days 🫂
I always find it interesting to hear about people's experiences cause mine be so different. I've smoked weed damn near every day for the last 10 years and I never get withdrawal symptoms from T-breaks. I just have lucid dreams for 2-3 days and that's it.
