I didn't have a really strong pick for April. I was between Bon Iver, Wiz Khalifa, and Ray Vaughn whose debut is pretty impressive. I think I'll be playing tracks from the Bon Iver more in the longterm though.

You've probably been asking this before but do you feel running this thread has greatly impacted your listening habits?

Are you now somewhat more adventurous than you were before?
Do you feel more inclined to ensure that you listen to all the major releases that come out?
Have you gained a new appreciation for things you may not historically sought out?

Aye bro, these are really cool questions. I wouldn't say it's had a really big impact, my listening habits have been pretty heavy for a few years now. Probably during the pandemic is when I found even more time and desire to dig deeper than I already was, so I've kept that up. I get somewhat more adventurous every year though, so that's accurate for sure.

The intention here was more to just have a hub where people can come and see what's dropping at all times (there used to be a new thread made asking every other week, so it seemed more practical than anything lol) and to discuss recent releases that had a thread or not. I think it's been a chill lil base for those that check in regularly.

And I always appreciate the folks that shout stuff out they're listening to that I may not have been paying much attention to. There's so much out there, but I enjoy giving things a try and forming my own opinion. Never know what you'll find. MUSIC
