PETER GABRIEL - I/O

yeah this is f***ing great. i've listened to both the bright-side and dark-side mixes now (the in-side mix is just dolby atmos so skipping that one) and can remember preferring the dark-side mixes for every track besides Four Kinds of Horses and Road to Joy. Road to Joy is the track I can't stop playing, but there are so many good songs on here. Playing for Time is stunning. Olive Tree is some good ol' 80s Gabriel with those bright chords and fun horns. And Still is a beautiful ode to his deceased mom to slow it down toward the end of the album. 9 out of 12 tracks are over 5 minutes and some of those lengths add to the depth and build of the song, while others run a bit long. but i'm really enjoying this album. took Peter over 20 years to complete it and he's in his 70s now, but it was a job very well done and at the top of his catalog.

SEAN LEON - IN LOVING MEMORY

is this one of those living, breathing albums like Ye be doing? s*** is half baked and needs updates. OXYGEN (Sc-Fi) is still awful. the TRANSITION, AGAIN interlude is the best moment here.

Adrianne's solo stuff usually takes a little while for me. wasn't expecting a piano ballad but it's pretty. I like the chorus
