And make a smoothie using bananas , oatmeal , peanut butter . You’ll gain wait fast but you’ll need to work out a lot to avoid getting to fat, you’ll bulk quick
Eat calorie dense foods and maintain a caloric surplus. Eat avocados, pbnj sandwiches, milk, tuna, shakes, oatmeal etc... and lift heavy weights consistently. Find a good workout routine and STICK to it. 5x5 stronglifts is really good.
Weight gain or loss comes down to commitment and consistency. Btw gaining weight is hard asf cuz you really gotta eat a lot. It’s rewarding as hell though
