Not album @op but you can argue the case that fukumean was the most popping mainstream rap single of 2023

Between that and Skeeyee (And Hood Princess is probably the mainstream rap album of 2023)

Nobody wants to admit it but Paint The Town Red from Doja was literally the biggest rap song of 2023 and it's actually a quality single even though I wasn't really feeling Scarlet as an album.

You can make that case too.

  • I would say Heroes and Villains with Creepin/Superhero was bigger than this

Doja is sort of like Kanye.

Terrific artist but hard to root for them because of their personalities.

  • i fw gunna but unfortunately this and ds4 both kinda mid albeit for different reasons. Wunna and dod2 in heavy rotation still though

Also, on a side note, how do feel about my idea about executive producers making a comeback for the newer rappers?

Edit: Oops! Wrong thread lmao. But what do you think about that idea?

What rappers and executive producers do you have in mind?

(Shoot since you already brought it into this thread lol)
