Y'all think any Drake fan was running back Duppy Freestyle after the Push beef was done? Y'all think we were running Back to Back after the Meek beef when Hotline Bling dropped around the same time and IYRTITL dropped only a few months earlier? We got hundreds of much better, actual bops to listen to but these niggas are asking why we aren't throwing all our support behind diss tracks

Yeah I still listen to Family Matters because it's kinda new, but I don't really think diss tracks make for great, long lasting music.

The “Has Drake fallen off debate” has occurred multiple times in his career.

I remember in 2017 when DAMN outsold More Life by like 100k units and the general discussion was that it was the end of the Drake era. Then Scorpion came in 2018 and he obliterated the charts and that conversation ended quickly.

Drake will never fall off, his presence in the game is omnipresent and it shows by the activity in this thread.

I can see the validity in Drake’s recent albums not being better than those of the past in terms of quality but if we’re talking strictly commercially performance, it’s back to regular programming.

Drake’s supposed “fall off” still makes him the most streamed rapper this year by a large margin.

    Real

Not even on some insider s*** - I just think (from some very obvious hints on Kendrick’s burner IG and Drake/Drake’s recent shares on social media) that it’ll be quite the week for music.

Ah interesting, so we should be looking more into that profile picture change Kendrick just made? 🤔

It was a dance album that got panned 😭

    Let’s compare it with fatd

Which did 2.4 billion and only had 2 months?

Back to back was cool though 🤷

It was. My point was most Drake fans didn't spend their time running up the numbers for that song even though he won his beef with Meek. We ran the numbers up for Hotline Bling instead because we knew that the beef/whatever tracks it spawned were temporary. The real music to support was the catalog s*** he'd release after.

Kendrick even pushed the song with the pedo 🤣🤣

Talk bout double standards that’s what happens for trying to portray a moral character when you’re full of s***

Specially the whole Jesus mocking. Before that Kendrick was legitimately one of my favorites from the last 15 years of hip hop after that lost me just like Kanye.

Only Kenny is allowed to have accomplishments.

Drake doesn't have a song in the Spotify chart or whatever for the first time in 10 entire years

There's no way his fans listen to him

The standards are very very very different for a certain artist lol

  • Bro0o0ses

The first time in an entire decade and you are using this to detract from him?

You realize that this is an accomplishment right ?

K-Thots are known to be stupid.

He made a music video for it, that's it.
Kendrick didn't promote his singles much, even during TPAB, he was barely performing any of the songs from the album when doing late night show appearances, instead he was performing unreleased songs people never heard about.

Do you know which fanbase been spamming this site with charts and sales every minute of the day for 3 months now?
Hint: The same fanbase that said they don't care about sales and charts and anyone following it is a loser
