I’m not sure. Just to clarify I don’t have a problem with people being transgender it doesn’t effect me any.
But I have seen people on Twitter say they can disagree with it but not be transphobic. Which is why I was wondering ktt opinion on it.
Not to say it can't exist, but I can't think of a reasonable argument where you could "disagree" with someone being transgender and not be inherently discriminatory.. so seems very unlikely to me.
I'm not afraid of Trans, but I dont agree with their lifestyle.
That's not defined as fear is it?
is it transphobic if people don’t agree with transgender?
If there is no discrimination and such? Genuinely curious about the answers
I think it’s transphobic when you hate trans people/discriminate/ etc

Fear of change

Ahhh one of those “literal meaning of phobia” types

Why do you not agree?

It’s transphobia if you’re prejudice or hate transgendered people
Why do you not agree?
I believe everyone has a right to be themselves.
Just seems like there's an agenda to push Trans people into the spotlight when most will never accept it as "Normal"

How else do we normalize people who have a right to exist that have been marginalized? Keeping it under wraps does not work.
I dont see how that tweet is transphobic tbh...
I mean, imagine you are 5 years old and your grandpa starts saying he is a woman, that would be crazy indeed. And we all know Bruce got all those covers because of white privilege, nobody gives a s*** about Black Trans for example.
I dont see any kind of Hate in that tweet.

I don’t think you know what the term transphobic means. You’re trying to assert your masculinity by saying “pff I’m not scared of transgender people” when the term transphobic clearly means you don’t like/approve of trans people, which inevitably leads to discrimination and bigotry

Would it be, though? Kids are pretty good at picking up concepts and learning. Second, third, languages for example
Why do y’all act suprised when street niggas are transphobic or homophobic
Because majority of KTT never been around street niggas. Nothing WSG said is new
I'm not afraid of Trans, but I dont agree with their lifestyle.

That's the buzzword to shame people who dont share the same Kum ba ya opinions with transgender activists

But it isnt normal.
There no way to normalize it.
There has always been a trans community that has operated outside of normal society. People shouldn't have to hide but also understand that anything different will be criticized unless its understood.
And there are people who will never empathize or understand transsexuality.
I’m not against people being trans, live your life do what you want. But I do believe it’s a mental disorder. And I have a cousin who’s trans

I would agree that being transgender isn't "normal" in the sense that society has never accepted it to be normal. Why is it an issue if society accepts it? Then being transgender will be normalized.

I dont have to approve of it tho.
I tolerate it. Isnt that all you can expect of someone?
