He’s an amazing actor and British himself. I just watched the Green Knight and thought…
Hmm why not this guy ? He would be a far better choice than Tom Holland,Idris Elba or any of the other potential choices I seen
What y’all think ?
He doesn't really have that rugged, "mysterious badass" quality about him imho but to be fair I haven't seen The Green Knight

I never though Craig had it either until he got cast tbh

there was f***ing outrage when he was cast. people were so foul to him. just wyling out saying the craziest s*** to him while he was out promoting other movies like he f***ed their mothers or something
there was literally a hate website set up when the announcement was made that is STILL active till today

no time to die was kinda ass, but who has the time to write a 7 part hate review on it bruh
Acting wise I don't think it'd be hard to play bond and I think he's a good actor.
He look like I could kick his ass though so imagining him as bond is weird in that aspect. I don't see why not though.
dev patel is one of the best out there tbh. really believe he's just one good role away from an oscar.
idk about bond tho, he has a very different kind of presence on screen, not that raw physicality and traditional "macho" feel. he just automatically comes across as a really deep, multi-layered guy, which kind of works against the relative shallowness of bond as a character.

People don't like change and cling onto things

i remember people pressing him for literally anything like, "how do you think it'll work since you are blond and the character james bond has black hair?"
like brother have you never heard of hair dye
who tf suggested Tom Holland?
tom holland honestly one of my least favorite actors out rn.
he's not even half bad as an actor, but his look just doesn't do it for me at all. he has all the screen presence & charisma of a plank of wood.

People said the same thing about Zendaya playing Mary Jane or any non ginger playing a red head like it can't be done lol

That's what it is. I keep wondering what is it about Tom that doesn't pull me in. He has no charisma. Not even that (and I hate to use the word) quirky charm.
I don't hate him or anything but I just feel nothing when I see him

tom holland just seems like the most non-offensive looking person marvel could find to be spider man. tobey maguire looked like the social outcast he was supposed to be and andrew garfield looked like the hyperactive, messy nerd he was supposed to be.
in that department, the polar opposite of tom holland is robert pattinson.
moment i saw him in harry potter, i was like this dude just eating up daniel radcliffe on screen and he isn't even doing anything. he's just always had a f***ing fantastic presence on screen, and thankfully people have finally noticed that in the past few years.
lighthouse already one of my favorite movies of all time and he gonna kill it in batman too

Half of screen presence is facial features tbh and people don’t wanna acknowledge that. The Tom Holland/Robert Pattinson comparison is perfect cause while they both have the face to work on a screen, Robert Pattinson’s face is so striking that it leaves a lasting impression alone

doesn't help that his voice is annoying asf
Mans too soft looking for it. He is great tho, loved him since the skins show
Neeed R Patz as a Bond tbh, perfect for it

Does battinson have the charisma for bond tho?
He'd be a better Bond villain
didn't even think about this, but it makes so much sense. he would f***ing kill it as a bond villain.

Damn everything about this post was on point

Thats true because Pattinson does look like he's always up to something in every scene. That's probably due to his features
