In america people on a traditional path graduate college mad early (21-22) so it’s different based on where u at in live

In europe 22-24 is the norm for a bachelors (except for uk where its 21 like the states) so depending on that there are different expectations for different cultures

I took some time off and wnt be done until im 23 and even then im not a big fan of the american way of marching people on the work to yr dead train so early.

I plan on being able to travel, learn more languages, maybe go to law school etc

My point is for certain life benchmarks it’s all relative. For my own personal goals I want to start my life career at 25-27 (so ig that’s when I’ll start transitioniong out of young adulthood) but for my highschool friends who are about to finish their degrees at 21-22 and wanna just work right after that starts earlier for them
