Title is slightly facetious considering the majority of us are still in this pandemic, although here in the UK the vaccine rollout has been super successful and life is targeted to return to normal in late June - the end is very much in sight
ANYWAY
What albums do you guys think SURVIVED the pandemic?
Many nations across the globe enforced a quarantine policy around March last year, so any album released in the last 12 months are eligible
I'm gonna get hate for saying this but not many. I've been primarily listening to a lot of older albums that are already certified classics.

Understandable
Music is so inherently tied to the period of your life that it was released in
So I can see the comfort in going back to older projects that dropped during a better time of ones life (not in a pandemic anyway lmao)

Absolutely
I don't even mess with NAS like that but I think the quality of this album has helped in beyond just being remembered as something that dropped during the pandemic
The recent Grammy award has aided that case too
fetch the bolt cutters is gonna go down as one of the greatest albums of the decade
alfredo came and went
came into my library and went into my ears for the next year
