I'd say an image that really resonates with you. Don't just pick out some stencil looking thing in a book at the tattoo parlour.

There's something I've always envisioned in my head but I'm just waiting for the right time.

To me things that age poorly are those dumb bass reactionary tattoos like the ones people got when Brian from Family guy "died" then the next week he was fine lmao. Crap like that.

I've never believed tattoos have to have some super "deep" meaning. It could just be a nice artistic piece but it should be something you actually like regardless of what it is.

For me I've always love this persons art style (might not be ur thing ) and I've considered using for a commission.
