Pre phase 4 had some stinkers that lots of people ignore to keep the narrative that everything pre Endgame was perfect

T2 kinda is implausible. After Arnold is taken out in the first one that should have been it, and the future was forever changed. Why didn't Skynet just send another Terminator after the first one failed?

T2 is still enjoyable don't get me wrong, but it kind of defeats the purpose of the first movie.

I understand it but to me at bare minimum I was entertained by those movies. They also served a purpose by the end towards the entire infinity saga. They should stand alone as well sure but when you are building a universe it helps add to the rest of the overall story.

This past spring I watched Infinity War & Endgame back to back and it was amazing. Nostalgia played a part sure but even them I enjoy both of those movies a ton.

I think I need to pick it back up with that mindset because I was following it like it was this god tier power system like HxH or something based off hype and literally could not enjoy it

The rules that are there are loose but what you should know about the characters explaining their techniques to the opponent is that it's not to serve as exposition for the audience, but actually a way to make the techniques even stronger.

I definitely wasn't trying to pick up and hold on to every single new thing introduced, because that happens in almost every episode, and you'll be frustrated if you watch it like that. If you let the show wash over you it's pretty entertaining. At least in season 1.
