Ppl are s***ting on you itt but there's definitely a relatively common theme of acceptance among anime and manga communities and the industry as a whole about some weird s*** that's allowed to fly
Folks who love anime and manga downplay the loli/shota thing especially but it honestly just weirds me out. I haven't watched anime in awhile though maybe things are turning around.
That being said, disregarding a whole medium shouldn't be the case. There's a ton of great anime and manga out there that are works of art and I would absolutely hand over to a kid.

i remember i had a friend at college that would uber eats s*** that was literally AROUND THE CORNER kid had a car, wasn’t drunk, totally able bodied. some people just love convenience and will pay a premium for it.

When i was in Germany I stayed in a hostel and there was this girl who was like 19 with us and she was just backpacking through Europe on her own just for fun, knew what trains to take all kinds of s***, had her own money etc

I've seen 30 year olds have no idea how to do something as simple as changing a tire.
Yea I had to realize a lot of f***ing people are just grown ass kids. Niggas be 27-32 and still acting like they’re 16. From conversations, to progress in life, to priorities.
