Gaming is not good for you despite what some niche articles say. There are probably some obscure benefits to smoking cigarettes too, doesn’t mean they’re good for you. Same for things like Weed. It’s just people trying to justify their addictions.

It depends on the game. If you're playing just straight shooters, then you're gonna be a dumbass.

If you play a wide variety of interesting games and mechanics like Minecraft, Spyro, maybe one shooter, Portal, and one rpg then you can pick up s*** quickly.
