Sacrifice in hip hop is a frequently discussed topic. I don’t think these theories came out of thin air. The music (entertainment in general) industry is dirty and twisted as f***. Also it seems all too coincidental in most cases and I don’t believe in coincidence

u rlly believe everything happens for a reason?

    honestly?

have u not lived a life full of meaningless things? Are you not familiar with how randomly the world works?

Like I said I don’t believe 100% of these deathes are sacrifices. Things do happen, but when so many superstars reach peak fame in close proximity to the death of someone close to them, it begins to seem like a possibility. Also I’ll say it again: this industry is dirty is a f***. You have to give something up to really make it in the entertainment biz. Sometimes you gotta give up some ass, sometimes you have to subject yourself to public humiliation (ritual), like wearing a dress or a diaper in public etc. i mean it’s a damn near open secret that black men have to wear a dress at some point to make it big in the industry. Dave Chappelle spoke on this I believe

As far as I’m concerned nothing is far fetched.

Passage of rites. In some cultures one has to get hazed or commit acts in order to be initiated. It's no different than gang culture, frat life etc.

The details Cherrywine @HALLEBERRY is detailing are some of the well known acts entertainers participate in. There are people such as Chappelle, Patrice O'Neal, Paul Mooney and others who explain how Hollywood gets down. Even before the MeToo Movement, Meryl Streep was making jokes during one of her speeches calling Harvey Weinstein god.

It's just a different world. Almost every industry has gatekeepers and rites that we partake in. For instance with churches, for churches to be tax exempt, they have to sign a 501c3. When they sign their church over to this exemption, there are limitations on what can and can't be preached over the pulpit. The churches are then allowed access to millions (and millions) of grant dollars etc. Then the higher up one gets, they can join different groups ie the Boule, Masons and local Pastoral groups. Many of our churches have sold their souls for money just as our favorite entertainers have.

The problem is people make it out as some mystical supernatural thing when it could be as simple as doing favors like performing for some record exec or CEO's kid birthday party for free or never saying no to a feature at the request of said person in order to go further. There are sinister things happen but all of it is human (casting couches, blackmailing upcoming pop stars or mental torture by way of a nonstop schedule and never getting a day of rest until one day a "manager" or label exec rescues you and give you a break then you owe them.

There are spiritual things along with it. Selling ones soul is literal. Human Sacrifices, sexual acts etc are apart of the game. With sacrifices in general it's about what's in the blood, the life is in the blood. It does get deep that way.
Some people believe that to unlock ones chakras they must engage in a*** pleasure. S***itself creates spiritual ties, two are joining to become one. When we hear alleged stories about male entertainers and politicians bending over, it's a passage of rite and sexual spiritual act.
