I know the storyline was rather surface level but it’s one of the most aesthetically pleasing films I’ve ever seen and the soundtrack is as good as it gets.

Watching this on shrooms when it came out is one of my favorite memories at the movie theaters.

Because the drama isn't premised on the plot points of a long TV show. It throws you into a pretty simple scenario (escaping from the law) and Gilligan does what he does best, shows his character problem solving and getting around obstacles.

Same. AMS franchise had the best romance when it comes to superhero movies.
