back in time never
forward in time tho mayb
No one knows whats on the other side though. Besides with the immense heat and the spaghettification that occurs id say we have a long ways to go before going through one lol
it has to go somewhere tho
if gravity warps time then if the force is strong enough then it would make sense for it to be able to make time reverse
if someone with thru it imo they'd probably just would end up being put back together but will be going thru time in reverse
gravity is kinda like the thing that pushes time forward and a black hole is kinda like throwing your car in reverse
the whole reason they even exist is because the mass of a star became so much that it collapsed onto itself
its like if you just keep stacking things onto a table eventually it will break and everything will fall thru it but it has to have somewhere to fall to

I can see where youre coming from but at the end of the day thats all your theory lol. As far as i know theres no evidence to suggest that if theres enough gravity then time will begin going in "reverse".

once read if u go the speed of light u basically dont age, so its kinda like going to the future yes
Einstein's theory of special relativity says that time slows down or speeds up depending on how fast you move relative to something else. Approaching the speed of light, a person inside a spaceship would age much slower than his twin at home.

it does fit within the theory of relativity tho and has been discussed and written about from UC Berkley physics department
can someone explain how exactly time travel would work, from an actual scientific standpoint
There is no explanation. There's nothing explicitly ruling out time travel to the past, but it is generally thought to be physically impossible. Time travel into the future is possible though, in a sense.
its what a black hole does tho. light is basically the constant of time and space and what a black hole basically does is reverse that with gravity. this is why time moves faster for you if youre near a black hole vs being further from one. time is relative to perception and place
What in the actual f*** are you talking about?
If we ever have a time machine I will go back decades in time with an iPhone and claim it as my own invention.
Do many things I should have done. Like go to film school, go to Legend of the Fall Tour, and tell the person I loved him when I was too much of a p**** to.
LMFAOOOOOOOOOOOOO I needed that laugh today thx

dont listen to me bro lmao i get into manic episodes and start spewing s*** but there is a some research into it

the real solidified way to time travel into the past tho would work if you would travel faster than the speed of light which falls in line with the theory of relativity but anything with mass cannot do that. maybe black holes can but idk. stephen hawking claimed and turned out to be correct that black holes could evaporate which they would into antimatter and antimatter can travel the opposite direction in time so that could be it also but again do not listen to me. theres too many theories of black holes.
