They had them for like 230 on Amazon like a week or two ago, then if you had a AMEX offer it brought it down to 200

Charadethat’s how they’re pulling people in. they’re just clearing the stock from last time
other stores have bundles with the updated switch. double check the description before you buy. new switch has 6-9 hours of battery compared to old switch’s 3-6 hours
but can I homebrew the old switch?

They're definitely better in every single aspect. The regular AirPods are just wireless Apple earbuds (the ones that come with iPhones). I'm gonna hold off for a while, but I'll probably get them.
Not a big fan of headphones in general since they tend to get uncomfortable for me. Doesn't matter which type. Over-ear, on-ear, in-ear. They're all uncomfortable after a while. It's all about speakers for me.
