Would be their best witness so far. Former intelligence officer David Grusch who testified in 2023 publicly about finding the illegal govt program is now currently a staffer trying to help House members nagivate around the compartmentalization and classification of the Pentagon’s most highly classified unacknowledged/waived special access programs. He still currently doesn’t have his TSCI security clearances to share the most sensitive details with House members.
