Planned encores. I get that it’s probably more the artist taking a quick break to reenergize before performing a big hit or two, but the tease/fake out aspect of it is corny, and now it’s like comic book movie ending credits scenes where they’re just expected and no longer special. It’s like bands buying a bunch of extra guitars specifically to smash them onstage every night. Don’t manufacture drama for me.

My thing is, If an artist is performing one of my favorite songs I’ll jump around n s*** for the first half, and then when I get tired I’ll record a lil bit of the other part of the song until I get my energy back to jump around again, then I’ll put my phone away. I put my phone away when it’s my most favorite songs though, and I’ll record the mid stuff
