Shout out Dino Crisis and Powerstone, great classic games.
I’m also one of the guilty few who had a strange liking toward powerstone 2 lol.
Also, I know nothing about Bloodbourne but I’ve noticed that the people who like it, REALLY like it. Like the passion people have for that game is unreal. Guess I should check it out?

love the first 2 dino crisis', too bad 3 was garbage. Wish we would get a remake or a proper sequel to them in the middle of the constant churning of RE titles. its similar enough to where it shouldnt be a problem.
Power Stone 2 would have been fione if they at least added more new characters smh. the game is basically a mid DLC add on.
i love capcom tho like how u seem to love konami.
just wish they would spend more time on their other ips. i would kill for another Dino Crisis or Okami lol.
Capcom does seem to be having a renaissance tho rn so hopefully next gen i get my wish.
cant put them in order
ratchet and clank 1 (ps2)
black ops 2 (ps3)
modern warfare 2 (ps3)
the last of us (ps3)
bloodborne (ps4)

just saw ur edit.
yeah im one of those passionate people for bb lmao. i lost interest in gaming & got tired of it towards the last quarter of last gen. bout round 2011 to 2013/2014ish. bit of an unpopular opinion with people around my age, but i think the 360/ps3 gen isn't great overall outside of a dozen or so games.
bb (along with witcher 3) came out in 2015 & reignited my personal passion for gaming & got me back into it.
BB is a hard game tho. if you dont mind that, then you should pick it up. the story isnt "spoon fed" to you either & isnt at the forefront, although a great story does exist in it. a lot of the game is about using your own head.
its cheap af nowadays so i say go for it, because if you dont like it & dont want to continue then you don't got much to lose.
i would suggest to try to stick with it for a bit tho. once it "clicks", its great, & its really great for those looking for something a bit different from the usual.
We have this thread like once a week these days.....
1. Uncharted 2
2. Uncharted 3
3. Fat Princess
4. Super Mario Sunshine
5. Persona 4
1. Celeste
2. The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild
3. God of War (2016)
4. Red Dead Redemption 2
5. Battlefield 4
In no order, and take the time and era these games released into account
Super Mario Sunshine was the first game I played and was what got me hooked, recently got an emulator for it working on my phone with an xbox controller and it’s still just as fun
Halo 1 was incredible when i first picked it up, the things I would do to play LAN on New Years with my dads side of the family
Tie Between Half Life 2 and Portal 1, seeing as Portal 1 is just a Half Life mod that got extremely popular, still working on my Portal speedrun and can complete entirely glitchless in under 35 minutes start to finish but I guess you could just say the Orange Box seeing as they shipped together on that disc, excluding TF2 never really liked it
Probably the original Bioshock, maybe tied with Infinite. Both beautiful art styles with near perfect world building with awesome mechanics that really kept me playing
Smash Brawl or Melee, gonna catch flack for putting these over the newer releases but man, couch parties on New Years with my dads side of the family was so awesome to a young kid such as myself at the time, but I don’t like dwelling on the past.
These games were the most influential on my life given the time I picked them up and started playing them, and I wouldn’t trade them for any other. There’s too many games that I love to list only 5, but these 5 really showed me how fun pixels can be
just personal favorites:
new vegas
red dead redemption
mafia 2
bioshock
gta san andreas
2010 was a great year for games
also sunk a ton of hours into various maddens and simulation games but I wouldn't count them
kinda hard to rank and it changes almost every day
FF7 or 9
Mass Effect trilogy (thats cheating)
Dragon Quest IX
Breath of the Wild
Super Smash Bros Ultimate
1. Zelda BOTW
2. Zelda Ocarina Of Time
3. Super Metroid
4. Resident Evil 4
5. Fallout 3/Uncharted 2/Mario Odyssey
I don’t play much new games that aren’t Nintendo anymore
I’m gonna get a PS5 and change that.
OP didn’t like my post but liked everyone else’s
