People say certain musicians keep up a fake image to appeal to fans, or at least a somewhat fake/altered image/background. Who do you think doesn't or at least has a minimal amount of inauthenticity?
    Do you care about it?

A lot of topics fall under this bubble, including the Drake culture vulture, and his pop star criticism, most hip hop artist faking their gangstar image, etc.

I think all the popular hip hop artist are somewhat inauthentic in a way, even the ones who try to low-key portray a image that says "I am fully authentic"

I also low-key dont care abut ghostwriting unless the clear majority of someones music is someone else pen. it doesn't affect how I enjoy the music, but how I view them as a rapper

most of today's rappers are frauding content wise and nobody cares

No such thing as good music or bad music. Someone's enjoyment of music comes from whether the music interesting or boring.

If an artist conveys an inauthentic persona or story in an interesting way, I'd enjoy it. However, I find the majority of fabricators pretty shallow and lame.
