Jul 26, 2021·1 replythe director for MCU movies doesn't make a difference really. they don't direct the action sequences the marvel second unit does which is the same for all the films. all marvel movies look the same and have the same tone anyway. edgar wright tried to make a stylistically unique marvel movie and they didn't let him so he left the project. maybe eternals will be different but until a director is allowed to imprint their vision on to a marvel movie who gives a s*** who directs them.
(black panther is the only real exception to this, in its writing if not its looks or style)
