I mostly cook fried curry rice since it easy and delicious. I am always surprised that i still like it. I recently started doing my version of Ramen and thats also really nice and not hard to do. I also try things out if they come up. My youtube algo gave me some cooking tips. I am also vegan that makes me more inclined to cook for myself. I do like the meat substitutes they became really really good i try to mix them in.

some instant oatmeal and a smoothie for breakfast will 100% get you right
been fw the slow cooker and shredding up some chicken and adding some spice and beer for tacos or bbq sauce for pulled chicken sandwich type s***
some kind of combo of
pasta/rice/potatoes (mashed or fried) and chicken/mince (experimenting adding random sauces and spices so its different each time)
along with salad (feta + tomatoes/cucumbers/lettuce etc)
usually my go-to's during the week
scrambled egg
pasta or homemade pizza
thats about all i can actually do for now (besides the most basic stuff like eggs) but im one of those mfs who could eat pizza damn near everyday and not get tired of it
once i figure out homemade sushi im set for life tbh
