Do you have coping strategies? Rituals? Habits? Are those coping strategies healthy or toxic?
As far as I’m concerned, I lock myself in my room, I put on some cheesy pop music and I dance. I just dance. This sounds corny and cringe-worthy but trust me, it’s a pretty good method to learn.
Now I attract lots of b****es whenever they catch me in a party or in a nightclub dancing like Usher in 2004.
I thought working out would give similar results but there’s something about dancing that’s just cathartic.
Listen to / make music , dance , run, lift weights, read , watch some shows, talk to friends , take the dog for a walk , scream into pillow , draw
I’m not that good at most of these things but they’re therapeutic & feel rewarding
Sometimes it’s good to let the negativity simmer when you need an epiphany too
Go crazy on one of these

Is the caramel cone one good? Tempted to try it, but I always go with Coffee or Chocolate Chocolate Chip?
Dang, will do. Will probably be my last time getting ice cream. Been eating like 3 pints / wk and need to go cold turkey soon
