My neck aches for like a month I’m wondering what to do.
Uni starts in about a month I’d rather improve it bc I’ll have to sit down and write a lot.
Any tips?
U should prob go to a doctor dude. Back issues are nothing to f*** around with
Till then menthol patches I.e icy hot are the way
Sleep on the ground
painkillers
gym
lmao I thought this was gonna be about waking up with neck/back pain. Not a f***ing month
There’s nothing ktt could tell you that you wouldn’t be better off just getting from an actual medical website site or a professional

eh. I've tried so many different things for my backpain throughout the years (doc, hospital, different types of physical therapy) and the only thing that helped was physical therapy in the hospital where we worked out and hit back 3 times a week + cardio. after like 2 months i felt major improvements. its all about building the muscles in your back and improving your fitness (in my case). I also have a light form of scolioses
@op it's very safe to do neck traction at home with the technique in the 2min video below. It's not a cure by any means but it's helpful for basically any neck issue you got, very gentle and all that. plus it's a good time to also include some breathwork or meditation for 5-20 min
Heavy jerking deadlifts
Those weird backless chairs supposedly work really well for this
I have a friend a couple years older than me and said his fixed his posture and back/neck pain
But he does work at home so he's in it all day
Wish i knew dude, popped something in my lower back squatting back in June and it still hurts so f***ing bad every day. Went away for like a week and now it's back
