So I'm always hella tired and don't wanna do s***. Like I'm productive but idk, I always feel like I'm moving at a slower pace than everyone around me if that makes sense. Like everyone around me is tapped into some other source of energy/power that I'm not tapped into. I am diagnosed with depression and take Lexapro (which I am tapering off of starting next month) but I don't want to be limited by the physical aspect of that.
I'm 2something years sober off d**** and meth was my d*** of choice (for this reason) so no joke answers like that. Supplements are cool tho
I do hella cardio every single day before I get it started.
Idk I just wanted to see what you guys thought
How's your sleep? You on a consistent schedule? Gettin enough hours in under the covers?

If you can I'd get a blood panel done. Just make sure you not crazy low in something. It's good to get one of those done every few years if you can.
Cuz if you sleeping well, exercising regularly, and eating half decent you shouldn't be feeling so fatigued all the time.

Sleep could be the answer. 6 hours isn't enough sleep. You also need to make sure you have a good mattress. Get tested for sleep apnea, and if you have it, get a CPAP machine.

green powder?
Diet is everything brother. Used to live on fast food as well, that s*** is terrible for you. Try to taper off the nicotine as well..You’ll get your natural energy back
DIET.
Honestly once I started eating cleaner (mostly cos I went vegan for a while) I can barely look at some of the s*** I used to eat.
Going back to s***ty food almost gives me a hangover feeling.

really might have to start giving the junk food up then :/
Might not want to hear this but keep a consistent sleep schedule, and a consistent eating schedule will do wonders.
Drink water and try not to snack very much.
Exercise regularly
But if you want to cheat adderall
8 hours of sleep minimum, no anxiety, working out, hydration, healthy food, caffeine, cocaine
Lay off the junk food.
Invest in fruit, plus add tumeric in your diet which will aid with your depression. Also, magnesium pills.
