In the GTA Trilogy Definitive Edition they're removing the Confederate flag shirt from one of the characters in Vice City. The character, Phil Cassidy, is supposed to be your stereotypical Florida redneck.

Is this a big deal and is political correctness seeping into GTA? Personally I don't see it as a big deal because Phil Cassidy is hardly in the game as is, and you know he's supposed to be a stereotypical dumb American redneck even without the Confederate flag shirt. Is political correctness seeping into GTA? Most definitely not, because if it was they wouldn't keep putting that torture mission in GTA V and its many ports. Along with many other stereotypes and offensive humor riddled throughout the series.

I meant to click the GTA thread and misclicked here, thought the site glitched out for a second
