It might just be his PR team spinning court docs but there's news out now that Melly da Menace doesn't have any concrete evidence against him
I would call bullshit but his accomplice is already out on bail. Looking more and more like that police document was a reach to put Melly behind bars and solve a drive by shooting which RARELY have any suspects.

a young talented black man who was wrongfully accused and put behind bars for a crime he didn't commit is finally being freed and I couldn't be happier

Signs keep pointing to the prosecution being weak though.

I think they are trying to pin this case on him, because they have him suspected of being involved with an unsolved murder of a sheriff, fx the bullet shell they found in a plastic bag in the car🤔.
