He just tried to please too many people imo, which I suppose for an artist of his popularity he has to, but that’s what holds him back from really great albums

Honestly I’d love an album by rapping drake with all mafioso/luxury songs with lush production, plenty of piano loops, some nice features. An album without 40, just switch it up a bit. I love drake but he’s a single artist not an album artist and for his legacy he at least needs that one album that’s just pure quality, no filler, no crossover s***.
But that’s just my opinion
