Women are our here raising our children because for the most part their motherly instincts are better at doing this than men. Meanwhile men fight wars because we are better at fighting than women.

You get what I mean, legal rights exist to protect the safety and liberties of others, privileges are the social favor or tolerance of certain groups or habits thereof that wouldn't fly with others. As far as freedom to travel safely at night goes, it is one that enters a threshold of both. Its not legally declared because it should be a given, but alas it is not.

We're both basically saying the same thing but mincing words at this point so I guess it doesn't matter - but my point is that privilege of safety is inarguable the most invaluable sort across both genders.

Its not a guarantee that you will feel safe, but you are guaranteed to have a lower likelihood of being harassed/victimized than a woman. We make up most victims because we make up the majority of ones outside alone at night.
