The original title would’ve been the riskiest thing drake has ever done probably so it figures he pulled back

    i would never. again, funny.

  • He changed it to Views because that’s what he referred to it as (on Back to Back and RICO for example) so fans and the general public shortened it too.

His bio is the first time he’s called it certified, every other reference to the album has been the full title or CLB

  • Jul 8, 2021

no chance he changed the name of the album

and even if he did for all you CLB merch people..i'm sure there will be a track called CLB, or referenced on the album atleast

Better title but also a little weird. With Views he ended up abandoning the toronto concept mostly and I guess this would mean he’s abandoning the lover boy thing, the one thing about this title is I was curious to see how an album with that title would sound

He actually didn’t abandon the Toronto concept, if you listen there’s a change of moods and Sonics from the seasons in Toronto from fall to winter to summer, then back to fall.

And all the music signifies all the sounds and moods Toronto has throughout the year from classic rap, to dancehall, to pop records then back to classic drake style songs.

I definitely get all that but I still feel like he generally took the album in a direction that was more relatable to everyone than the original Views From The 6 which seemed like it would’ve been more regional. We all got seasons lol
