He made his mark, two great albums that are cult classics, had a few hits, iconic guest appearances and a Grammy

More than what most bums who call themselves rappers can say for themselves

He probably somewhere living comfortably expanding his investment portfolio and ENJOYING his success instead of being a slave to it
