one of the oddest music words that's been floating around on the internet for a while is "burger music". to some people it's similar to "coworker music" and includes artists like dax and tom macdonald

but one of the artists who catches the allegations the most is slayr, a rage-adjacent kid whose music sounds nothing like the other two

how is it possible for that word to encompass two totally different bags of artists?

    what do y'all think

  • co worker tunes go hard sometimes

People create an accurate term like "coworker music" or "spiritually israeli", it catches on then people just start using it to describe artists they don't like then it looses all meaning

Vapid production and lyrics with 0 artistic draw and the only thing it does is pacify the idiots who suck it up because they refuse to be challenged and just don’t care

Slayr gets thrown in because he doesnt make traditional cool nigga hip hop, its very nerdy

Its not about coworker or npc music its strictly for lames (not that i think slayr is actually lame)

That's fair it def comes from that side of the music world. I think the full project is a bit more interesting than that description would give it tho

Hmmm idk maybe I’m being pretentious, which is possible (as a millennial I kinda cringe when I see Gen Z romanticize outdated s*** from my Gen - but I also realize every Gen does this), but the visuals are way too “try hard” for me

It does kinda like scream I LOVE VIDEO GAMES!!! but I think some of it is a direct reaction to the underground music fans making fun of him for loving said video games
