After Hours was planned to drop in March 2020 and dropped super early on when we thought we would be good in 3 months.

My Turn dropped in February, before COVID was called a pandemic

O-Rod dropped in May as vaccination rates have increased and the country has opened up

Drake wants to tour this album. Dropping the album and having to wait a year+ to tour is going to make the tour dated. This is why I’m sure Abel is going to drop another project late this year so that he can tour that and After Hours in 2022.

    I see no lies

that's my point tho - AH and My Turn both did exceptionally well in 2020 even with covid. Covid is less of an issue now and has been for a few months now. He coulda easily dropped it same time Olivia dropped or even weeks prior to that.

People aren't gonna care about a year wait for a tour, that's normal in a lot of countries for most artists anyway. I'd bet most Drake fans that go to a tour don't wanna hear the new s*** anyway, they wanna hear the classics. same with the weeknd
