Hello! Just to start off, I never eat at McDonald’s because that s*** is nasty, but I was browsing Uber Eats since they have a deal going on.
this s*** cracked me up but is there a difference i never tried either of these burgers before
thanks

The difference between a McDouble and a Double Cheeseburger at McDonald's comes down to the number of cheese slices and, sometimes, the price:
McDouble:
Two beef patties
One slice of cheese
Usually cheaper than the Double Cheeseburger
Double Cheeseburger:
Two beef patties
Two slices of cheese
Typically costs slightly more than the McDouble
If you want a bit more cheese, go for the Double Cheeseburger. If you're looking to save a little money or don't need as much cheese, the McDouble is the way to go.
So it looks like a mcdouble is 2 stacks of meat and a double cheeseburger is indeed two stacks of cheese
mods i'd apologize please close

I used to work there when the mcdouble was added. They did it because they wanted to raise the price of the double cheeseburger but that would take it off the dollar menu. The mcdouble was a way to do it while keeping a dollar option so there was less public backlash
Just to start off, f*** you.
