ngl the first time I heard Came Thru Swervin my sophmore year, I was intrigued but I didn't become a fan fr until Top came out. Ever since then I've been hooked but this year especially. He has such a great ear for beats & melodies, underrated when it comes to actually rapping (Pimpin a B**** is some of the best rapping by anybody this year ) What made yall start listening ?
always heard him in passing thru Trippie with these songs
then sometime last year it dawned on me how much him and X have in common, their pull with the youth and their cult like fanbases, got me interested made me take a deeper look into him and listen to his solo music, started with Sincerely, Kentrell (still one of my fav albums by him) and worked my way back thru his discog
Damn listening to this s*** for the first time in a good while, just hits as hard as it did the first time. To hear this s*** live at this point of his career would be indelible

When he said “tired of the bayou i wan take it out to new york and live a high life like a nigga signed with HighBridge”
Literally shouted out a whole hood in the Bronx lol

he is one of the only street rappers that scratches the itch in my ashd brain

The ferocious energy he brings on his tracks truly give me a taste of the hood experience! How exquisite!
already liked no smoke when it came out but never bothered to check his discog till the beginning of this year. good stuff although i think he should slow down w/ releasing so much s***
