So everyone and their dad has an archive ig page, with a lot of them becoming clones of each other. The format that liljupiter and hidden ny has championed is starting to get frowned upon, as it seems that they're running out of content and are just reposting stuff. What do you guys think makes a good archive ig and will we see a new archetype in the future?
if they're actually informative and not just random picture dumps of the same 5 rappers, hype shoe and anime references. I would say samutaro and yourfashionarchive are decent pages

This is some keen insight, a lot of the followers are still in school
Hidden NY was cool for a moment until I realized they were just copying their own pgs and s*** lol. I think my thing right now is just going through old magazines, whether it’s covers or editorials and just peeping how s*** was styled back then.
What makes a good archive page is an inspired curator
In what sense? Care to explain?

Well, why would you bother to curate an image board of things, if that thing didn't inspire you? Share your knowledge, and share your passion, all these blogs may now post the same material, but what made them so big in the first place was that they each had a distinctive vision and aesthetic.
start an ig for archive lrg pieces
