There's no album that fits all 3 criterias pretty sure
Lorde Melodrama
Daytona

Quality
Impact or influence
Longevity
Needs to met all 3 criterias or at least have strong points in 2 of them
Replay-ability. I finish it and have to stop myself from playing it again.
Variety. I don't want to hear the same flow on each song.
Lyricism. From Lupe's The Cool to Thug's Barter 6 (Both classics to me) there has to be something that catches the ear whether it's story telling, bars, or using your voice in a new way.
Referencing. Eminem talking about Sonny Bono and Christopher Reeves in his old albums cut them from being classics to me. If the references are toward other celebrities and dated as bad as those I don't see them as classics.
Cohesiveness
Strong and non-repetitive content
High level vocal performance / delivery
