OK. Why are you in this thread again?

I wanted to see what kind of freaks think lucki is special
whats his best project? is almost there good?
feel like freewave 3 is a good place to start with him at this point:
almost there is good too but it's definitely not touching fw3 imo, this is my personal fav song from the tape:

Yes it’s really good but not the best starting point imo
Freewave 3 and X are good places to start imo
Idk bout u but “imagine being gone in a fast car” is ambigious, provocative and almost scary to me. The way he can evoke emotions wit such simplicity is why hes special imo.
i don’t wanna die but i don’t feel like tryin
i mean i feel like you could dissect a lot of peoples lyrics that way and be just as impressed with others simplicity as well, it seems to me that lucki benefits from people actually listening to every single one of his words more than others
in a way yeah, but lucki is different. Like no one sayin “i been sober for a week, its been years since i dreamed” that s*** hella relatable and well written without being lyrical miracle spiritual wit it. His delivery also helps.
i don’t wanna die but i don’t feel like tryin
I know she aint loyal but she make me better
Why i see you staring with the devil

Woah, ayy, woah, ayy
Woah, ayy, woah, woah
Ayy, woah, ayy, ay
that's not even his newer stuff per say, that's from WMB which was 4 years ago, how does this prove your arguement at all, taking one song that clearly isn't strong in lyrics out of his entire discog?

idk i feel like thats one of his more revered songs aint it not
what u think is one of his more lyrically impressive songs?
you have 800 scrobbles and dont understand the praise?
not to the extent i have witnessed
i love lucki but ive seen people praise him to the moon n back n felt like im missing something

what u think is one of his more lyrically impressive songs?
not really, not one of his most popular nor have I seen it posted about a lot.
but to answer your question, I simply just like his flows, beat selection, and ability to convey what he wants to say in little to no words. it's like he's tasked with trying to tell an entire story in 25 words by his English teacher, and is able to recount an entire evening he had in 4 lines. that's his rarity to me, and paired with his ability to deliver lines in a grim fashion like on More Than Ever, Last Time Mentioning and Send Me On My Way, listening to a Lucki song is an experience nobody else in rap gives me.

cherry picking
whats his best project? is almost there good?
no listen to freewave 3 and watch my back. here are some good tracks to start with
cherry picking
its one of his more memorable songs for me post lucki x era idk
he honestly has a way with words that even "elite lyricists" can't touch.

i've been a bit critical of the direction he's going but as u said in op substance wise, he's watered it down a bit but it's very much still their. even on that watch my back project there's so many quotables
his newer stuff as well is still great. feel like he's just tryna cater to a lot of his newer fans with his more recent songs while still maintaining his core. off his latest ep if u compare chosen one and red key you can kinda see it

The ability to make simple lines hit hard can’t be taught it makes you special
