Man I'm on Hydroxychloroquine and Xolair and I'm only 26
Plus some supplements
Anyone else in that weak immune system gang
I'm on a PPI and probiotic now.
Been having some rib inflammation and pain and doc says I have costochondritis so he wants me on aleve but I haven't started taking it yet. I want the PPI to really get rolling first, daily aleve is hard on the stomach.
I need to spring for a chiro visit tbh I've been sleeping on a fold out couch for over a year and I think my s*** is out of alignment. Good mattresses are underrated.

I had an acquaintance way back and he said something similar to what costochondritis is and it was due to this thing called slipping rib syndrome, you should check it out

That really could be it, the top ribs been popping and clicking for like 6 months and now they're sore af.
Anyway, it can be treated with rest and aleve so I guess that's what's up.
Get off that s*** bro
I take half of a half of a half of it man, it's tough to get off but I'm almost there.
Daily vitamins and that’s it
So glad I’m off antidepressants those s***s ruined my life for almost 2 years, big pharma is the real trap
I was on Lexapro for 18 months because my anxiety was so bad after moving to LA that I was having panic attacks going shopping and doing basic errands.
The last 6 months of it didn't really do anything except f*** up my emotions, but the first 12 months were helpful. Getting off of it was horrible but it refocused me and changed my life.
I'm glad I did it but I would do some things differently next time if I had to get back on it.
