Not necessarily Afghanistan but That entire region. Iraq,Iran.. growing up Muslim but African American we kinda have a different form of Islam. I'm no longer a practicing Muslim but I've always been infatuated with Islamic culture in the Middle East even though it's a war torn region.
I watched a few documentaries about underground hip-hop/edm cultures out there. And I'm just genuinely curious to see how they'd treat a black man of my stature.

I think you would love Turkey as it has great places of Islamic culture, especially in Istanbul and it is fairly secular as well. Iran too, but they have both a different interpretation and thus different architecture, mosques etc.
