I want to include Kendrick but if I’m being honest he doesn’t play around enough in the entendre, punchline area. I’m with you but I’m also removing my bias. I think he is A tier but peaks his head into S when challenged. He also gets cooked too many times on songs where he chooses songwriting over lyrical exhibition and that’s why I appreciate his approach but it doesn’t always lend to him going crazy.

If you want to check out their lyrics, their first 3 albums have more traditional lyricism compared to the stuff after that which gets more abstract

And honestly, just off top, I can’t think of any more atm.
Probably because most of the rap I listen to is more about flows and production than straight up lyrical meat.
That being said though, I do think that more rappers are high tier than they get credit for.
