Needs to just be himself. Make a more mature record looking back at his decade+ of running the game, acknowledge all the criticisms around him

He just needs to reevaluate, Scorpion was a big regression in a lot of ways. Needs to get the fire back in him. Seems like with Dark Lane he was just getting inspired by others and kinda showcasing them more than him, he needs to refocus on his sound again.

For what he wants, which is to just absolutely crush his competition in streaming/charting/numerical measures he should keep doing what hes doing

but in my personal ideal world, he should have spaced out his projects a lot more instead of releasing every 1.5 years. As for the music, it’s not the sound its just the subject matter and Drakes emotional maturity. Hes really petty, insecure and spiteful and mostly does a bad job of taking accountability and its pretty tiresome.

yea especially cuz he's already proven what he can do w those sounds. There's no song like Nice For What or Yes Indeed or Gods Plan that's better than those songs. So there's no point in him trying to top his own records imo he should keep focusing on innovating
